Useful Residential Information

Your Managing Agent:

Chamonix Estates are your Managing Agent.  Chamonix Estates carry out on behalf of the Directors of your Management Company (Keir Hardie Management Company Limited) the maintenance of the communal areas of the apartments  and the external estate areas. 

If you have an issue with the communal doors, please contact Chamonix Estates in the first instance and we will investigate.  If you have an issue with your own front door or letterbox, this issue is not deemed as communal and you will need to arrange your own contractor.

Security and Access Systems:

There is a communal satellite and aerial on all apartment blocks and it is against the terms of your lease to add any further aerial or dish to the building.

If there is an issue with reception for either satellite or digital TV, please contact

Chamonix Estates.

Communal TV Aerial and Satellite Dish:

All hot water and central heating is provided by E-On and for any issues please contact E-On directly on 0345 302 4312.

Hot Water and Central Heating:

Please report any antisocial behaviour you may experience on site directly to the Police by dialing 101. It is important that the Police are notified of all issues to ensure that they maintain a Police presence in the local area.
